Refund Policy

“MVTD” is dedicated to providing the best services possible. provided you have chosen MVTD services and wish to terminate the contract, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund provided you request it within 7 days of the agreement date.
The following procedures must be done in order to be eligible for contract termination and refund:
1.Refund requests must be sent in writing to solutions@digitalithub.com. A refund request must be lodged within 7 days after the contract’s execution.
2. If you choose to cancel our services after the first seven days, you will be charged an amount equal to the number of working hours placed into the project.
3.Any service renewal should be cancelled 10 days before the start of the following billing cycle.

4.If a cancellation occurs after the start of the billing cycle, a sum equal to the working hours put into the project during that month will be billable, and the customer will be required to pay.

5.If you signed up for our services but never used them, you are still obligated to pay us.

SEO Refund Procedures

Under the following conditions, Digital IT Hub is not responsible for refunds or guarantees of high search rankings:
1. If a modification to a search engine’s ranking algorithm, policy, or functionality has an impact on SEO ranking.
2.The data you give us is used to carry out link building, a component of SEO. If you provide inaccurate URLs, we are not liable for any subsequent problems, and there are no refunds or money-back guarantees.
3.If the client uses any other SEO services from a third party, we won’t be held liable for the outcomes.
4.The number of times and rank of a website appearing in the search list changes, and thus an immediate change in search ranking cannot be guaranteed.
5.Any negative impact on ranking as a result of changes in website content made by the client or a third-party service provider employed by them.
6.We make no assurance that our SEO services will result in the client’s website ranking in the top ten search results. Understand, however, that we operate in your best interests and make every attempt to produce genuinely beneficial results. Our goal is to make your life easier and your business more profitable.
