1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Digital IT Hub website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Services Provided

Digital IT Hub provides digital marketing, web development, and design services. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines for client projects will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property

All content expressly created for the client and paid for in full shall be the property of the client. However, Digital IT Hub reserves the right to use such work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed. All underlying code libraries, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property remain the property of Digital IT Hub or their respective licensors.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon receipt. We reserve the right to suspend services or take down websites if payments are not made within the agreed timeframe. Late payments may incur interest charges.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Digital IT Hub be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
