What you’ll do (practical, hands-on)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, and implement on-page/off-page optimizations.
  • Manage content calendars and engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns and manage automation workflows in HubSpot/Mailchimp.
  • Monitor and report on performance KPIs using GA4, Search Console, and Meta Pixel.
  • Conduct hands-on training sessions for students on digital marketing tools and strategies.

Must-have (non-negotiable)

  • 3 – 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with measurable results.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Proficiency in GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in training, mentoring, or teaching digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Nice-to-have

  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certification.
  • HubSpot Content Marketing or Inbound Marketing Certification.
  • Experience marketing for an ed-tech or IT training company.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
