What you’ll do (practical, hands-on)

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies.
• Develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, React Native, or similar.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions for students and interns on development technologies.
• Integrate REST APIs, third-party SDKs, and push notifications into mobile apps.
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate them into training curriculum.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA testers, and product managers in Agile.

Must-have (non-negotiable)

• 3 – 5 years of hands-on full stack development experience.
• Expertise in React.js/Angular/Vue.js and Node.js/Express/Django/Laravel.
• Experience with Flutter, React Native, or Native Mobile Development.
• Proficiency with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in training, mentoring, or teaching developers.

Nice-to-have

• Prior experience in an ed-tech or IT training institute.
• Published mobile apps on Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience creating video tutorials or documentation.
