What you’ll do (practical, hands-on)
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance logs, and performance data.
- Coordinate with team leads to monitor employee productivity and engagement.
- Identify, coordinate, and manage internship programs for students across various IT domains.
- Source relevant openings that align with the skill sets of students and trained candidates.
- Connect and build professional relationships with HR executives and hiring managers.
- Coordinate mock interviews, resume reviews, and placement readiness sessions for students.
Must-have (non-negotiable)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or training coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setup.
Nice-to-have
- Prior experience in internship or placement coordination.
- Knowledge of HR software or HRMS tools.
- Active LinkedIn presence and professional networking skills.
- Understanding of IT industry roles and hiring trends.
