What you’ll do (practical, hands-on)

  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance logs, and performance data.
  • Coordinate with team leads to monitor employee productivity and engagement.
  • Identify, coordinate, and manage internship programs for students across various IT domains.
  • Source relevant openings that align with the skill sets of students and trained candidates.
  • Connect and build professional relationships with HR executives and hiring managers.
  • Coordinate mock interviews, resume reviews, and placement readiness sessions for students.

Must-have (non-negotiable)

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or training coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setup.

Nice-to-have

  • Prior experience in internship or placement coordination.
  • Knowledge of HR software or HRMS tools.
  • Active LinkedIn presence and professional networking skills.
  • Understanding of IT industry roles and hiring trends.
