What you’ll do (practical, hands-on)

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building trust-based relationships.
  • Lead smooth onboarding experiences for new clients, from welcome communication to platform walkthroughs.
  • Proactively identify client concerns, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client goals and usage patterns.
  • Prepare and share regular client reports on usage summaries, progress, and outcome metrics.
  • Collaborate with sales, training, and product teams to ensure client commitments are delivered.

Must-have (non-negotiable)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Approximately 2 years in client success, account management, or customer service.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong empathy, active listening, and relationship-building ability.

Nice-to-have

  • Prior experience in an ed-tech, IT services, or SaaS company.
  • Exposure to NPS frameworks and client health monitoring tools.
  • Experience handling corporate clients or B2B accounts.
  • Familiarity with onboarding automation and customer success platforms.
