What you’ll do (practical, hands-on)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building trust-based relationships.
- Lead smooth onboarding experiences for new clients, from welcome communication to platform walkthroughs.
- Proactively identify client concerns, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client goals and usage patterns.
- Prepare and share regular client reports on usage summaries, progress, and outcome metrics.
- Collaborate with sales, training, and product teams to ensure client commitments are delivered.
Must-have (non-negotiable)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Approximately 2 years in client success, account management, or customer service.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong empathy, active listening, and relationship-building ability.
Nice-to-have
- Prior experience in an ed-tech, IT services, or SaaS company.
- Exposure to NPS frameworks and client health monitoring tools.
- Experience handling corporate clients or B2B accounts.
- Familiarity with onboarding automation and customer success platforms.
